Package Your Items
Place the shoes back in their original Alias Mae box and secure them inside a mailing bag or outer carton to protect the branding during transit.
Ship to Warehouse
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
